Jaclyn has a wealth of experience in Wills and Estate matters – including drafting and administering complex Testamentary Trust Wills. She has a passion for all things ‘estate planning’ and understands that each client has a unique set of circumstances which require sound, detailed and tailored legal advice. Her approach to estate planning is holistic and she often engages with other experts in the area such as accountants and financial planners regarding her client’s needs and circumstances.

To ensure that her client’s estate planning needs are met, Jaclyn keeps a breasted of changes in the law and updates in case law.

Jaclyn is also a Notary Public and often assists clients with having documents notarised and apostilled for international purposes.

Beyond the law, Jaclyn has also spent a number of years volunteering at a local primary school teaching ethics.

Interesting fact – Jaclyn is also the owner of Briar Ridge Vineyard located in the Hunter Valley. She is a wine connoisseur and has been part of the wine making business since her childhood. On top of being an accomplished lawyer, vineyard owner and Notary Public – Jaclyn loves spending time with her two children, Ruby and Tom, her dog Saffy the Staffy and her two rescue cars called Colin and Trevor.
